Summer 2014
All 5 Pitches now have their own grey water disposal point.
We have had these drains added to the side of each pitch so that in addition to plumbing in to your own fresh water tap while on the site, you can now also connect your grey water.
Spring 2015
14 New Solar Panels
These solar panels were installed in our farm yard in March and we expect them to produce a similar amount of power to that used on the site in a season.
Spring 2011
Venn Farm Certificated Location opens
The site opened with all 5 pitches having hard standings, electric hook ups, water and free WiFi. There is also a woodland walk in 15 acres of our own woods where dogs are welcome to walk.
Summer 2017
Identification of
Broad Leaved Orchid
In July this year an Orchid was discovered in our woods. We have had it identified by The Devon Wildlife Trust and we now know that it is a Broad Leaved Helleborine. (Epipactis helleborine)
Spring 2018
New Hardstandings
Our hardstandings have been enlarged and re-stoned and are now 20ft X 40ft. There is plenty of room for awnings on either stones or grass.
Spring 2016
Wildlife Pond
The pond was dug in February this year.
It is located in a suntrap at the bottom of the valley and in time will be home to many forms of wildlife. We plan to plant out the banks with local marshland plants.
The pond can be reached by following our woodland walk tracks to the bottom of the hill.

Barbecues
During this winter we have had a large, permanent barbecue built on each pitch
Visitors are welcome to use these as often as they like.
